Magnetic Grids / Grate Magnets

Magnetic Grids are specially designed for the separation and removal of iron particles in the raw materials into hoppers. Usually in the industries of plastic or food and materials recycling industries in grain and dust.

Very easy to install by putting into the hopper and easily replaced. Also easy to clean. Simply by removing the grill from the hopper, with a glove or compressed air, you can remove all ferrous material attached to the grid.

The grids are manufactured with Neodymium magnets of grade N35 that can withstand a temperature of 80°C, these are the standard in manufacturing, but on request can be made to withstand up to 200°C, in increments of 20°C.

The standard diameter of the bars is 25 or 34 mm. All of our screens are tight.

Our MRI model grids are built with two support bars that are the backbone of the grid and is what holds the bars. If any bars are damaged, you do not have to change the whole grid, you can remove the bar from the racks and exchange the new bar.
