Magnetic Tubes

Magnetic tubes are used for decontamination of grains, flour, sugar, etc of ferrite materials such as nails, screws, staples and ferric parts in general.

Installation is quick and simple as it is sandwiched between the pipe through which flows the raw material to be decontaminated. The casing of the bullet magnet for high magnetic power, slows the flow of material and distributes it to clean parts ferrous raw material to be attached to the magnetic core. The cleaning of the magnetic core is simple, as it is attached to the door and easily accessible for cleaning. Another advantage is that you do not need any kind of maintenance, so their cost is even smaller.

Construction features:

• Made of Stainless Steel AISI-304 Rugged and dust-proof sealed.
• Hinged swing door to facilitate cleaning of the magnetic core.
• Magnetic core constructed of Ferrite magnets or Neodymium magnets, at your request.
• The working temperature with Ferrite core is 200°C and the core of Neodymium 80°C.
• The amount of material flow in the separation channel is adapted to the selection of pipes.
